The proposal aims to improve safety and health conditions and integrated a less dense living typology. The existing interior structures are completely removed and new 75 SROs bring together diverse tenants. We've worked on generating the most out of the common areas, proposing a separate theater/ meeting room, a large workout space with access to private cafe and lounge.
