​This interior alteration started from the clear box. The shell stayed in place but the interior was totally transformed.
For the 1st floor, an almost full open office space subdivided by glass panels communicates with the basement’s employee break facilities which reflect the company’s vision in encouraging life-work balance.
The upper floor is devoted to 2 residential units with exposed brick and high ceilings which give a loft feeling.
