We had the opportunity to work on this untypically large shaped Chicago lot to create a home for a young dynamic family.
With respect to the neighbors, the house is gradually elevating towards the rear while it is center-oriented towards the front yard.

Large open spaces with 11' and 10' tall ceiling heights balance into creating a warm and welcoming feeling with a modern touch.

Shapes, materials and spaces' transparencies build an extended and unbounded living space from either interior to interior or interior to the exterior.
