New construction on 25' wide Chicago lot for one duplex unit from 1st floor to basement and 2 typical units on upper floors. All units have outdoor areas both at the front and rear of the building. The 3rd-floor unit is provided with additional private rooftop deck access.
New 3 car garage at alley access is planned for each unit.  
The proposal for materials and finishes were also a highlight of the project. The owner was presented with a couple of envelope 3Ds options. ​
