The project invests in a highly dense area with plenty of facilities at minutes walking. The owner vision was to create medium size apartments at the uppers level of the existing 3 story building. Each unit is provided with a private garage parking place and access to 1st floor retail. 
The proposed work also included facade materials and color research through 3D  visualization.
