2 Story Brick and Frame Construction  |  Attached 2 Car Garage  |  Open Space

Driven by the wish of having a larger family, the owner decided to build a new house with plenty of play area and children facilities both on the inside and on the outside.
Our proposal was for a compact house which increases yard space and leaves enough room for family’ grills on the rear deck and children to enjoy nature.
Materials choices stayed close to the owner’s budget while an equilibrate volume and image developed animated views and compositions
