Upper Residential Duplex

An extremely narrow empty portion of a lot with existing 2 stories building became our challenge to create an additional duplex unit and a new retail space.  We integrated the existing building and gave common access to hallways and circulations from both the existing building and the new addition. This way we got the most out of every square foot for the new construction. ​
