The client was looking to create 2 spacious residential units on this property. The outcome became even more plausible with a rear addition to the existing building.  With a completely new layout integrating new with existing, we were able to create open kitchen-dining-living areas serving 2 bedrooms on the second-floor unit and 4 bedrooms for duplex unit. 
We've also offered options on exterior improvements that closely relate to overall aesthetics.
