​This typical Chicago lot historic building was proposed for extension while maintaining the existing exterior vibe. A new rear addition increased the square footage of the house and gave room to spacious composed uses. The master bedroom is located on a entire floor with access to bar and reading area and also to a private deck, family room connects 3 bedrooms on the same floor, 1st floor transits from living to dining and kitchen to connect to the outside deck at rear and basement level is more isolated from the rest of the house, to integrate a potential guest room or an older teen room offering privacy and separate access.
